How we handle your application
The operator of this website uses what you enter here to identify you, to find your data in our systems, to answer your request, and to keep a record that we answered it. Our legal basis is our legal obligation under Article 13 of Law No. 6698 (Article 5(2)(ç)). We answer at the earliest opportunity and in any event within thirty days. There is no charge.
If we need you to prove your identity, we delete whatever you send for that check as soon as we have made it. We keep the record of your application and our answer for three years.
This does not need your consent, so we are not asking for any. The full picture of what we do with personal data is in the Privacy Notice.
This page is reachable without accepting cookies and without submitting anything else. No marketing choice appears on this route, and no other purpose attaches to the data collected here.

Tell us your name, how to reach you, and what you are asking for, as clearly as you can. We answer at the earliest opportunity and in any event within thirty days. There is no charge.

- The consultation form State in your message that it is a request about your own data. It reaches us the same way and starts the same thirty-day clock.

What it will ask for
- A name, or the name you have used with us.
- One way to reach you with the answer.
- What you are asking for — access, correction, deletion, information about transfers, or an objection.
- Anything that helps us find your record, such as roughly when you contacted us.
What it will never ask for
- A TCKN — the Turkish national identity number. It is not required to make a request, and this route will not ask for one.
- A passport, an identity card, or a scan or photograph of either.
- Any file at all. There is no upload control on this page, and none anywhere on this site.
- A marketing opt-in. No other purpose attaches to the data you send here.
- A payment. There is no charge for a request, ever.
If we do need to check that you are who you say you are, we ask for the least we can, we do it outside this page, and we delete whatever you sent for that check as soon as we have made it. We keep the record of your application and our answer for three years.
